Talent Hub is the brand of Inspiring People – a company that specialises in recruitment processes and HR services in the broad sense of the word. Our goal was to build an image that would be interesting both to potential customers and to the company’s job candidates. The main concern for the customer was to reflect the spirit of inspiration within the company in an interesting and unconventional manner.

When creating a logotype, we proposed a sign emphasizing effectiveness, concentration, and professionalism. Our design works were aimed at showing a group of persons with various skills – hence the presence of various geometrical shapes, which stand for abilities and personality types that complement one another. When brought together, these shapes form a reflector illuminating a human, because the company’s employees create a harmonious team of individualists that form a coherent whole.

When preparing elements of visual identification, we used colors associated with creativity, such as purple and magenta. The solutions proposed by us emphasize enthusiasm, the energy to act and dynamism.

This is certainly an outstanding project because it reflects the spirit of inspiration and the potential of Inspiring People in an interesting manner.
